Today I suddenly remembered I have a blog. For now I desperately need a place to share my thoughts. And they are not happy. Today I am thinking about all of those painters, who think they can make paintings from my images and resell them as there own. The sad thing is that they don't understand that they are doing something illegal. Although I sell my images on micro stocks now I don't sell my rights. Please understand that I am still a copyright owner of my images.

I am so saddened to hear this and am sorry your heart is heavy, especially at this time of year when many are feeling such joy.
A painter wrote me about a year ago and asked for permission to paint a female cardinal in the snow that I had photographed. As a gift, she even sent me one. We need more honest people like her in this world.
Your photography is a work of art in and of itself....I don't know how someone who paints can think that they can just use your work ...I hope you confronted whomever it was or is that is using your work.
Love your works so much - they are so special! Every little detail is playing its part on your pictures and I can only imagine how much time and energy you put into them. And it's really sad and discouraging to learn when someone is literally stealing your work.
